Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Disc Golf Trading Post account and the personal information associated with it at any time — including accounts you created or signed in with Facebook, Google, or email.

How to request deletion

Email support@disctradingpost.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” Sending it from your account email lets us confirm the request is really you.

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it — your profile, your bag and collection, your listings, your watchlist and wishlist, and any saved shipping addresses — within 30 days, and we email you to confirm when it’s done.

What we may keep

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons we retain a limited set of transaction records (order and payment history) for the period described in our Privacy Policy — typically up to seven years. These are kept only as required and are not used for any other purpose.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

You can also remove Disc Golf Trading Post’s access from your Facebook or Google account’s app/connection settings. That revokes the login connection, but it does not by itself delete your Disc Golf Trading Post account — email us as above to delete your account and its data.
